# Missing Conversion Pixel

This page shows you how to set up your Meta Pixel in Cymbal to track conversions, attributed revenue, and ticket sales.

If you’re setting up a new Meta Pixel or connecting an existing one, make sure it’s also set up with your ticketing provider to ensure accurate revenue attribution and conversion tracking.

### How to setup and install a new Meta Pixel:

Follow the instructions [here](https://www.facebook.com/business/help/952192354843755?id=1205376682832142) to setup and install a *new* Meta Pixel.

### My existing Meta Pixel is not syncing to Cymbal:

Ensure that your Ad account is a connected asset to your Pixel by following the steps below;<br>

1. Go to your Meta Ads manager
2. Select All tools --> Business settings

3. Select Data sources --> Datasets & pixels

4. Then select the Pixel and ensure you are assigned to the Pixel with *Full access*

5. Then select Connected assets and ensure your Ad account is connected
