Missing Conversion Pixel
This page shows you how to set up your Meta Pixel in Cymbal to track conversions, attributed revenue, and ticket sales.
If you’re setting up a new Meta Pixel or connecting an existing one, make sure it’s also set up with your ticketing provider to ensure accurate revenue attribution and conversion tracking.

My existing Meta Pixel is not syncing to Cymbal:
Ensure that your Ad account is a connected asset to your Pixel by following the steps below;
Go to your Meta Ads manager
Select All tools --> Business settings
Select Data sources --> Datasets & pixels
Then select the Pixel and ensure you are assigned to the Pixel with Full access
Then select Connected assets and ensure your Ad account is connected
