# Missing Facebook & Instagram pages

If you would like to run an ad under a different Facebook page or Instagram account but are not seeing it in Cymbal, please review the troubleshooting steps below.

A common issue when connecting Meta Ads is that some of your Facebook pages or Instagram accounts don't sync. Try these options to bring them into Cymbal.

## Option 1: Opt in to all current and future pages

When you connect your Meta Ads account, you need to select **Opt in to all current and future pages**. Otherwise, pages you get access to later won't appear in Cymbal. If you've already connected, update your settings:

Go to [Settings → Integrations](https://manager.cymbal.co/settings/integrations).

Scroll down to **Ad accounts** and select your existing ad account.

Select **Refresh**.
{% endstep %}

Select **Edit settings**.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
Select **Opt in to all current and future** Pages, Businesses, and Instagram accounts. This is the most important step.

Select **Continue** and reconnect your Meta ad account.

## Option 2: Connect with the account that has page access

If you still don't see pages you have access to in Meta, check that the person who originally connected the Meta Ads account is the same person who has access to the artist or external pages.
