# Missing Facebook & Instagram pages

A common issue when connecting Meta Ads is that your other facebook pages don't sync, leaving you stuck.

Below are a few troubleshooting steps that can help the Meta Ads integration pull in your other pages:

### Troubleshooting option #1

Ensure that when you connect your Meta Ads account to Cymbal, you select **“Opt in to all current and future pages.”** Otherwise, any new Page you gain access to in the future will not automatically appear in Cymbal. If you have already connected your Meta Ads account to Cymbal, see below:<br>

1. Go to [Settings -> Integrations](https://manager.cymbal.co/settings/integrations)
2. Scroll down until you see Ad accounts and select on the existing Ad account

4. Select "Refresh"
5. Then select "Edit settings"

6. **\*Most Important step\*** Make sure to select "Opt in to all current and future Pages, Business, and Instagram accounts".

7. Click continue and reconnect your Meta Ad account.<br>

### Troubleshooting option #2

If you still don’t see the pages you have access to in Meta, make sure the person who originally connected the Meta Ads account is the same person who has access to the artist or external pages.

If not, the individual with access to those pages will need to connect their Facebook account to Cymbal.\
