Unsubscribe contacts

You can unsubscribed contacts by uploading a CSV file

When first onboarding to Cymbal from another provider, we highly recommend uploading a list of your existing unsubscribed contacts to ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and TCPA requirements.

To upload unsubscribed contacts, follow the same steps as uploading contacts, but select the “Unsubscribe everyone” option in the Subscription status step.
