Unsubscribe contacts

You can unsubscribed contacts by uploading a CSV file

When first onboarding onto Cymbal from another provider, we highly recomend you upload a list of your existing unsubscribed contacts in order to meet CAN-SPAM and TCPA requirements.

In order to upload unsubscribed contacts, follow the same instructions for uploading subscribed contacts below except select "Upload unsubscribers".
