How to Search for Specific Contacts

This page shows you how to find specific contacts in Cymbal

How to Search for Specific Contacts:

1. Find a unique identifier

   1. Event the contact attended

   2. Tag the contact is associated with

   3. (Recommended) phone number or email address of the contact

2. Select the Audience tab

3. Select Filter on the right side

1. Filter by the unique identifier (In this example I am filtering by email)

1. Click Done and you will see the contact you were looking to locate.
