# How to Search for Specific Contacts

### How to Search for Specific Contacts:

1. Find a unique identifier
   1. Event the contact attended
   2. Tag the contact is associated with
   3. <mark style="color:$success;">**(Recommended)**</mark>**&#x20;phone number or email address of the contact**
2. Select the [Audience](https://manager.cymbal.co/audience) tab
3. Select Filter on the right side

4. Filter by the unique identifier (In this example I am filtering by email)

5. Click Done and you will see the contact you were looking to locate.
