How to unsuppress contacts manually

This page will show you how to unsupress contacts manually

How to unsuppress a contact manually:

1. Select the Audience tab

2. Filter your audience by which contacts you'd like to unsuppress

1. Select "Done" then select "Manage suppression" at the top

1. Select "Unsuppress" then select whether you want unsupress the contacts for email, text or both forms of marketing.

1. Update the status for those contacts and your changes are now live.

*Your bill may increase after unsupressing the contacts*
