# How to unsuppress contacts manually

## How to unsuppress a contact manually:

1. Select the [Audience](https://manager.cymbal.co/audience) tab
2. Filter your audience by which contacts you'd like to unsuppress

3. Select "Done" then select "Manage suppression" at the top

4. Select "Unsuppress" then select whether you want unsupress the contacts for email, text or both forms of marketing.

5. Update the status for those contacts and your changes are now live.&#x20;
