Abandon Cart Automation

This automation triggers when a potential customer leaves tickets in their carts and exists the checkout process

How to set up an abandon cart automation:

1. Go to the Email tab

2. Find the Automations section to get started

1. Select the "Abandon Cart" Automation

1. In the editor you are able to adjust the style of the email

1. When you are ready select "Turn on" in the top right

2. Your email automation is now live.
