# Eventim Abandoned Cart Automation

This page shows you how to enable the abandoned cart automation for Eventim clients

Turn on cart abandonment in Eventim, then turn on the Abandon Cart email automation in Cymbal.

## Turn on cart abandonment in Eventim

Sign in to your Eventim Dashboard.

In the left sidebar under **Market**, select **Integration Settings**.

Turn on the **Cart Abandonment Email** switch.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

## Turn on the automation in Cymbal

Go to the [Email](https://manager.cymbal.co/email) tab.

Open the **Automations** section.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
Select the **Abandon Cart** automation.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
Adjust the style of the email in the editor.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
When you're ready, select **Turn on** in the top right.

Your email automation is now live.
