Eventim Abandon Cart Automation

This page shows you how to enable the abandon cart automation for Eventim clients

Steps in Eventim:

1. Sign in to your Eventim Dashboard

2. On the left sidebar under Market, select Integration Settings

1. Toggle the Cart Abandoment Email switch on

Steps in Cymbal:

1. Go to the Email tab

2. Find the Automations section to get started

1. Select the "Abandon Cart" Automation

2. In the editor you are able to adjust the style of the email

1. When you are ready select "Turn on" in the top right

2. Your email automation is now live.
