This page describes how events will populate in your home tab from your ticketer
When you first connect your ticketing provider, Cymbal automatically attempts to pull all of your past and present event data. This initial process can take a couple hours. Afterwards Cymbal will pull new events every hour. If you'd like to force Cymbal to pull new events immediately, you can do so on the Home tab and click Refresh.
