What are drops?
A Drop is a time-locked, high-urgency release of a ticket, product or piece of content designed to drive instant action and capture fan contact data. Core use cases being:
Pop-Up & Secret Shows: Fill under-booked calendar dates or announce last-minute, intimate artist performances that require immediate fan action.
Production Hold Releases: Instantly sell held seats surrounding the stage once physical equipment setups and exact sightlines are confirmed on show day.
Low-Ticket Alerts: Convert lingering fans on your waitlist into buyers by dropping the absolute final remaining tickets for a nearing sell-out event.
How to build a Drop in Cymbal:
Select Pages & Forms
Select Create in the top right corner
Select Drop
Configure the drop settings
Your Drop is ready to go! Feel free to adjust the design and content of the automations however you'd like before turning everything live.
