SMS pricing

SMS pricing is based on the number of message segments sent. A single SMS segment is 160 characters. This means if you send a text message that is 200 characters, Cymbal would be sending 2 segments which is priced twice as much as sending a text that is under 160 characters.

If you use Cymbal for emails, we do offer 10% off and then even larger discounts based on volume commitments.
