Adding new tags

This page shows you how to add new tags and better segment your audience

Tags allow you to segment your audience for more fine-tuned marketing campaigns.

In order to create new tags:

1. Navigate to Tags:

2. Hit the "Create" button in the top right hand corner

1. Click "Create a tag"

1. Give the tag a name and choose either "Standard" or "Dynamic".

   1. Standard - these are static tags that are managed manually by you.

   2. Dynamic - these are tags that are dynamically added to contacts based on a defined search criteria.

1. Hit "Create". You can now use this tag in your marketing campaigns for more fine-tuned targeting.
