# Meta Ads Pop-up: Troubleshooting

A common issue when connecting Meta Ads is that the login popup does not appear, leaving you stuck on a loading screen.

Below are a few troubleshooting steps that can help the Meta Ads login page appear successfully:

* Disable any pop-up blockers in your browser
* Check whether the pop-up opened in another tab or behind your current browser window
* Try opening Cymbal in an Incognito or Private Browsing window and reconnecting your Meta account
