# Paylogic

### Connecting Cymbal to Paylogic

1. **Reach out to your Paylogic representative**
   1. Email your Paylogic representative with the subject line: Cymbal API Integration Request.
   2. In the email, ask for your Paylogic representative to send you:
      1. A refresh token
      2. A your merchant ID
2. **Steps in Cymbal**
   1. Once Paylogic gives you your refresh token and merchant ID, head over to **Settings** -> [**Integrations**](https://manager.cymbal.co/settings/integrations)
   2. Click **Connect with a ticketer**, select Paylogic, and click on **Get started**
   3. Copy your refresh token and merchant ID, and click **next**
   4. Optionally add tags or lists to your integration, otherwise click **connect.**
