# Eventim Abandoned Cart Automation

## Steps in Eventim:

1. Sign in to your Eventim Dashboard
2. On the left sidebar under *Market*, select **Integration Settings**

3. Toggle the *Cart Abandoment Email* switch **on**

## Steps in Cymbal:

1. Go to the [Email](https://manager.cymbal.co/email) tab
2. Find the **Automations** section to get started

3. Select the "Abandon Cart" Automation
4. In the editor you are able to adjust the **style** of the email

5. When you are ready select **"Turn on"** in the top right
6. Your email automation is now live.
