# Ticketweb

### Connecting Cymbal to Ticketweb

In order to connect your Ticketweb account to Cymbal, please download this [release](https://files.cymbal.co/assets/etc/TW_Cymbal_Release.pdf), sign, and send to your Ticketweb representative with your Cymbal representative cc'ed.

In the email to Ticketweb, make sure to ask for access to the following endpoints:

* `GET /availability/v1/domain/{DomainID}/org/{OrgID}`
* `GET /reporting/v1/transactions/orgs/{OrgID}/events/{EventID}` 

Ticketweb will send over your API credentials and either you or your Cymbal representative can connect the accounts.
