In order to connect your Ticketweb account to Cymbal, please download this release, sign, and send to your Ticketweb representative with your Cymbal representative cc'ed.
In the email to Ticketweb, make sure to ask for access to the following endpoints:
GET /availability/v1/domain/{DomainID}/org/{OrgID}
GET /reporting/v1/transactions/orgs/{OrgID}/events/{EventID}
Ticketweb will send over your API credentials and either you or your Cymbal representative can connect the accounts.
