Cancel an Automation Send

If you'd like to cancel an automation before it sends out, please review the troubleshooting steps below

How to Cancel an Automation Send:

1. Select the Automation

2. Select "Turn Off" to stop this Automation from firing

1. Select the Analytics tab on the left

1. You can then view each individual email campaign that is scheduled to send

2. Open the email campaign or campaigns you’d like to cancel, then select Cancel Send in the top-right corner.
