# Cancel an Automation Send

If you'd like to cancel an automation before it sends out, please review the troubleshooting steps below

Stop an automation from sending by turning it off and canceling any sends that are already scheduled.

## How to cancel an automation send

Go to the **Text** → [Campaigns](https://manager.cymbal.co/text) tab and open the automation in the **Automations** section.

Select **Turn off** to stop the automation from firing.

Select the **Analytics** tab on the left. You'll see each text campaign that's scheduled to send.

Open the campaign or campaigns you want to cancel, then select **Cancel Send** in the top right corner.
