# Social

Social features in Cymbal, including Instagram DM keyword automations.

Use the **Social** tab in Manager to engage fans on Instagram. Social is in the Manager sidebar for every organization. From there you can set up Instagram keyword automations, which send an automated Instagram DM when a fan **comments on one of your posts** or **DMs your account** with a keyword you choose.
