Text Automations
This page talks about how to setup Text automations and best practices
Turn on an existing Text automation or create a new one from the Texts tab.
Text automations send texts when something happens, such as a new subscriber or a set time before an event.
How to set up a Text automation
Go to the Texts tab.
Open the Automations section.
Select an automation in the list, or select Create new and choose a trigger.
In the editor, change the text, add images, filter by list, and add targeting.
When you're done editing, send yourself a Test message to preview the content.
Select Turn on in the top right.
Your automation is now live.
Recommended SMS Automation
If a High Intent automation is already in your list, you can edit and turn it on. Otherwise you should setup a High Intent automation. You won't find a High Intent option in the create dialog. To build the same kind of reminder, create a Before an event starts automation that targets people interested in the event and excludes ticket buyers.
