Text Keyword Automations
This page shows you how to use the keyword automation function for SMS
Keyword automations send a reply when someone texts a keyword to your number. You can also tag everyone who texts in a specific keyword.
How to set up a keyword automation

Go to the Texts tab.

Select one of the existing keyword automations, or select Create new.

In the editor, select the Trigger tab and add the keywords people can text to get a message. To tag people who text a keyword, choose an existing tag from the dropdown or create a new one.

Write the message people receive after they text the keyword. Type / to add dynamic text.

When you're ready, select Turn on in the top right corner.
