Keyword Autofill

This page shows you how to setup a QR code so that people can scan it and it will autofill their messages with the desired keyword

Create a QR code that opens a text message pre-filled with your keyword. When someone scans it and sends the message, your keyword automation triggers.

How to set up keyword autofill

Go to Pages & Forms.

Create a new page or select an existing one.

In the page editor, select Settings on the left. Find Text message keyword and enter the keyword that triggers your keyword automation.

Select Publish in the top right corner.

Select the page link in Cymbal and choose to download it as a QR code.

When someone scans the QR code, it opens the page, which then opens their messages app with your keyword filled in. When they send the message, your keyword automation triggers.
