Connect Cymbal to Shotgun

Steps in Shotgun:

1. Log into your Shotgun Smartboard account and head to Settings -> Integrations.

2. Select Cymbal -> Connect. Copy your Organizer ID and hit Connect.

Steps in Cymbal

1. Log into Cymbal and head over to Settings -> Integrations

2. Click Connect with a ticketer, select Shotgun, and on the popup screen, click on Get started.

1. Paste your Organizer ID and hit Next -> Connect

1. Cymbal is now connected to your Shotgun account.
