Connecting Cymbal to SquadUP

1. Email SquadUP support

   1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: Cymbal API Integration Request.

   2. In the email, ask for your SquadUp representative to send you:

      1. Your SquadUp user ID

      2. A SquadUp API access token for your account

2. Add the integration to Cymbal

   1. Once SquadUp gives you your user ID and access token, head over to Settings -> Integrations

   2. Click Connect with a ticketer, select SquadUP, and click on Get started.

   3. Copy your user ID and access token, and click next.

   4. Optionally add tags or lists to your integration, otherwise click connect.
