Phone number registration

This page shows you how to register a phone number in cymbal

If you'd like to send SMS campaigns through Cymbal, you’ll need to acquire a phone number first. Follow these steps:

1. Request a phone number by navigating to the Texts tab, then click Create → Campaigns

   
2. Click Text setup.

   
3. Complete the onboarding steps. Make sure to provide accurate business information.

   
4. Once submitted, Cymbal will charge your card a one-time fee of $40 and a $10 monthly maintenance fee.

5. Getting your phone number set up can take anywhere from a few days to 4 weeks.
