Adding new tags

Tags allow you to segment your audience for more fine-tuned marketing campaigns.

In order to create new tags:

1. Navigate to Audience: https://manager.cymbal.co/audience

2. Hit the "Tags" button in the top right hand corner

1. Select "Create a new tag" by the plus sign

2. Name your tag on the pop up screen, and hit "Create".

3. You can also create a tag by simply typing in a tag in the search bar. If the tag doesn't exist yet, a plus sign will pop up along with the tag name.
