Phone number registration

If you'd like to send SMS campaigns through Cymbal, you will need to acquire a phone number first. Follow these steps:

  1. Request a phone number by navigating to the marketing tab and click Create -> Text campaign.

  2. Go through the onboarding steps. You will need to ensure that you enter in all of the correct business information.

  3. Once submitted, Cymbal will charge your card a one-time fee of $40 and then a $10 monthly maintenance fee.

  4. It can take anywhere from a couple days to 4 weeks in order to get your phone number setup.
