Connect Cymbal to Posh

To connect Cymbal to Posh,

1. Within the Posh organization dashboard, head over to Settings -> Webhooks.

2. Within Webhook Endpoint enter the following.

https://api.cymbal.co/posh/webhook

1. Flip on the New Order webhook.

1. Within Cymbal, head over to Settings -> Integrations: https://manager.cymbal.co/settings/integrations

2. Click Connect with a ticketer, select Posh, and on the popup screen, click on Get started

3. Copy and paste your Posh organization profile URL and webhook secret key.

   • Your organization profile URL is in the Posh dashboard under Profile.

   • Your webhook secret key in the Posh dashboard under Settings -> Webhooks.
