Starter & Premium pricing

How Starter and Premium are priced, Starter caps, and how to lower your bill.

Cymbal offers two plans: Starter and Premium. Both are billed monthly and priced mainly from the number of subscribers in your account. See the live calculator on the pricing page.

How does Cymbal count subscribers?

A subscriber is a contact subscribed to email or text messaging who has not been suppressed or bounced.

To reduce your bill, suppress contacts you no longer want to market to: Suppressing Contacts.

Starter

Starter includes unlimited emails, ticketing integrations, and seats, plus 24/7 customer support.

Starter limits:

• 30,000 subscribers hard cap

• 4 live (enabled) automations

• 4 published landing pages

• Cannot import HTML emails (upgrade to Premium to import)

• No Cymbal Ads (Ads is Premium-only)

SMS and MMS rates are listed on the pricing page and in SMS pricing.

If you hit a live automation or page limit, or try to import HTML on Starter, Manager shows an upgrade dialog explaining these limits.

Premium

Premium includes everything in Starter, plus:

• Access to Cymbal Ads

• Unlimited live automations and published pages

• HTML email import

• Meta ads audience sync

• Option to remove Cymbal branding

• Dedicated customer success manager
