# Starter & Premium pricing

Cymbal offers two plans: Starter & Premium. Both plans are billed monthly and are priced based on the number of **subscribers** in your account.

**How does Cymbal count subscribers?**

A subscriber is a contact that is either subscribed to email or text messaging and they haven't been **suppressed** or **bounced**.
